Google Gemini: Module 2 - Building your own AI agents with Gemini Enterprise Advanced Training
Advanced · 5 half days or flexible as in-house training · In-House
Gems are the entry point – agents are the next step. In this module you'll learn how to build no-code agents directly in Google Workspace with Workspace Studio and how to automate multi-step, cross-system processes with the Agent Designer in Gemini Enterprise: from knowledge sources and partner connectors (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP) through time- and event-driven execution to approval steps with human-in-the-loop.
You'll understand which platform is suited to which use case, how agents are shared, monitored and managed within the organization, and which governance and data protection questions you need to clarify from the outset. An outlook on Agent Development Kit, A2A and MCP shows where handing over to IT makes sense.
In the final project you'll implement an end-to-end agent for a real use case from your company. After the workshop you'll be able to design, build, operate and establish agents in your company on your own.
