Specifically, we serve companies and support continuing education offerings for the retention and development of employees. We see companies as our primary customers, helping them to provide quality training for their employees.<br>We also see employees seeking sponsored training as primary customers, as well as unemployed individuals seeking training for better labor market entry.<br>Our customers expect a qualified educational offering that enables sustainable qualification and employee retention.<br>To continuously improve our services, we conduct regular customer surveys and incorporate these insights into further development.
